Each Koi lot ships with a third-party COA tied to a public lot ID printed on the vial. Search by lot ID or compound name to pull the analytical package — purity, mass-spec, counterion content, and endotoxin screen.

Testing methods

What we measure on every lot before it ships.

Every lot is tested by an independent ISO/IEC 17025–accredited laboratory, and the COA is published against the lot ID printed on the vial.

HPLC purity

Reverse-phase high-performance liquid chromatography quantifies peptide purity. Lots are released against a ≥99% purity target by integrated peak area; the measured value for each lot is stated on its COA.

LC-MS identity

Electrospray-ionization mass spectrometry confirms molecular weight and sequence integrity. Fragmentation patterns flag any synthesis errors or modifications before the material leaves the bench.

Heavy metals & endotoxin

ICP-MS detects Pb, As, Cd, Hg below 10 ppm. Bacterial endotoxins are quantified by LAL assay. Counterion content (acetate / TFA) is reported per lot.
