Order processing

Domestic US orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on business days (Monday–Friday) ship the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.

All orders ship from our warehouses in Austin, TX (primary, East/Central US) or Long Beach, CA (West Coast). Routing is automatic based on your destination.

Free standard shipping on US orders over $200. Smaller orders ship for a flat $9.95. Expedited and overnight options are priced at carrier cost.

International shipping

We ship to qualifying research institutions in Canada, the UK, EU, Australia, and select APAC countries. International orders require:

→An institutional shipping address (no residential)
→An end-use declaration for restricted compounds
→Pre-approval from our team before placing the order

Customs duties, VAT, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Email [email protected] before checking out so we can scope the route and paperwork.

Cold-chain & temperature

Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature for the duration of standard transit. We ship most orders without insulation.

For long-distance international shipments, high-summer routing through warm regions, or specific compound stability concerns, we ship with thermal packaging at no extra charge. Cold-chain shipments dispatch Monday or Tuesday only to avoid weekend transit and ensure the package arrives within the gel-pack temperature window.

We monitor seasonal carrier delays and proactively switch routes when needed. If your shipment requires a custom protocol, contact us before ordering.

Tracking & delivery

A tracking number is emailed within four hours of release. Most customers track packages on the carrier's site directly; you can also view tracking from your account dashboard.

Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. We strongly recommend an institutional shipping address with a receiving desk that can handle scheduled deliveries.

Damaged or incorrect shipments

Inspect every shipment on arrival. If a package is damaged, the wrong product was shipped, or vials are missing, report it to [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

We will replace or refund the affected items at our discretion. Lost packages with carrier confirmation of non-delivery are reshipped at no charge.

Address requirements

We ship to physical institutional addresses in the US (university labs, biotech research facilities, CROs, or contract synthesis operations). PO Boxes are accepted only for USPS shipments.

If a delivery is refused or returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, the buyer is responsible for re-shipping costs. Free-shipping eligibility does not transfer to the second attempt.

Restrictions & compliance

Some peptides are subject to US export controls (EAR/ITAR) or institutional restrictions. We follow US export regulations strictly and may decline to ship certain compounds to specific destinations or buyers.
