Research use only

By placing an order, you confirm that you are a qualified research professional and that the materials will be used only in compliance with applicable laws and institutional policies.

Misuse — including human consumption, resale to consumers, or use in unapproved clinical settings — is strictly prohibited and voids any warranty.

Account & eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and a qualified research professional to create an account or place an order. Institutional buyers may be asked to verify their affiliation for orders above defined thresholds or for restricted compounds.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Orders & pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Quotes for custom synthesis are valid for 30 days from issue.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected misuse, incomplete verification, or out-of-stock conditions.

Payment methods include major credit cards, ACH, and wire transfer. Verified institutional buyers may apply for net-30 terms.

Shipping & delivery

Domestic US orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on business days ship the same day. Estimated delivery is 2–4 business days for standard shipping. International shipping is available to qualifying institutions on request.

Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Returns & refunds

If a peptide does not match its certificate of analysis on independent retest, we will replace it or refund the order. Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery with retest documentation.

We do not accept returns of opened vials for unrelated reasons — this is industry standard for research chemicals. Damaged or incorrect shipments must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Intellectual property

All website content — including text, graphics, logos, the K•I peptides wordmark, and analytical templates — is the property of Koi Research Labs LLC and protected under US and international copyright law.

Custom synthesis of a sequence provided by you does not transfer any rights in your sequence to us. We will not disclose customer-provided sequences to third parties without consent.

Disclaimers

Products are provided “as is” for research use only, with the analytical specifications stated on the certificate of analysis. We make no warranty of fitness for any particular research application beyond what is documented on the COA.

Information published on this site, including blog content and product pages, is provided for educational purposes and does not constitute medical, scientific, or legal advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Koi Peptides' total liability for any claim arising from your use of our products or website is limited to the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of research data, lost profits, or research delays.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
