These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern all visitors and users of koipeptides.com (the “Site”) operated by Koi Research Labs LLC (“Koi Peptides”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Koi Peptides and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any product, including loss of research data, lost profits, or research delays. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Koi Peptides from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your handling or use of any product contrary to its research-use-only designation.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your purchase, possession, handling, and use of research materials comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and institutional laws, regulations, and policies, including any licensing or registration requirements that apply to your laboratory or organization.

Force majeure. We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, carrier disruptions, labor disputes, governmental actions, or utility failures.
Termination. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Site, other users, or third parties.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Koi Peptides regarding use of the Site.
